We started this week with Monday I got that call from
president and we did win the challenge for the change and today we get to eat
with him. We have an activity planned with him. We are going to go to his house
and eat some lunch and then we will play some card games or watch a movie
approved by our president. We will see what happens.
But Tuesday I went on interchanges with Cuatepeque for the
last time. It's kinda sad because I love this district so much. The
missionaries have really left a mark here in this area and the work is just
going to keep progressing as long as they are obedient and keep working with
all their might, mind, and strength.
So yes yesterday we baptized 2 people, woahhhhh haha!
There names are Vannessa H. and Marlon F. Vannessa is 19 and
wants to serve a mission with her friends when she completes one year of being
a member. Oh and she will be a couselor at EFY this year haha. Marlon is 17 and
he will be moving to the U.S. in March of next year. He is taking out all his
papers right now to go and his mom lives there right now. His mom is a member
but he just never got baptized when he was younger. He is living with his uncle
right now who got baptized in March and he said he wanted to get baptized, so
he went to church and we taught him the lessons and 3 weeks later he is getting
baptized haha crazy huh he even bore in his testimony yesterday that even one
time before he changed his mind about getting baptized he hid from us haha, but
then he said when we passed by the message we shared was so beautiful he knew
that he had to get baptized and so he did it. I'm a little sad I only got to
know him for 3 weeks but he will be a great member. Sorry I forgot my cord to
send the pictures... but next week:)
